The Agrarian Society of Gallego Sanz wich was established at the begining of the twentieth century and based upon the livestock farming of Domingo Gallego Martinez. Run as a family business, located at Villanueva de Alcardete in the Mancha region of Spain, it was largely dedicated to the farming of Mancha Sheep.
Over the years, what was an incipient family livestock farming activity has been transformed into a modern company concerned with the production of high quality dairy products. Its brands of cheese are renowned for the excellent quality of their ingredients and their commercial attractiveness in the food markets.
