"Don Juan" is a cheese characterised by the purity of its raw ingredientes: exclusively sheep´s milk. We wouldn’t have it any other way, since its name recalls the founder of the present day Agrarian Society of Gallego Sanz.
Around 1934, Don Juan Gallego Santiago began to make dairy products, from the milk obtained from his own livestock, in a completely artisan fashion but with the same care and concern for quality as exists today.
The cheese "Don Juan" comes in both cured and fresh formats. Wichever the choice, the consumer will enjoy an excepcional cheese,thanks to the integrity of the material of which it is composed: pure sheep’s milk.
